The Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) has named David L. Perme president of the GTF Board of Directors for 2008.
Perme, a director of Business Development for the Atlanta office of Mercer (US) Inc., provides strategic business development support and advice on a variety of human resources issues. A dedicated advocate for developing healthy communities and improving their access to financial and educational resources, Perme has served on the GTF Board of Directors since 2006.
During his time on the Board, Perme has served on a number of host committees including the strategic planning committee, the JumpStart business development committee, numerous event committees, and has been an integral part in business development and fundraising for the organization.
As Board President Perme’s responsibilities will be to oversee the organizations annual strategic plan and aide in the continual growth and development of the organization.
An Emory University graduate, Perme has over 25 years of experience with business development and client management responsibilities, working with a variety of organizations across a number of different industries.
